Did my wife outshoot me?
With an AR sitting and resting on a sandbag, 100 yards, 5-shot groups. My 2 targets on left, 75gr TAP, then 77gr match. My wife's on the right, with the 77gr match.
Her group was 7/8". Told her I'd adjust the scope up a few clicks for her, but she said "Nah, we gotta go."
Then we had a nice lunch out together while the boy was in school

yes you do...hers just happens to look a little tighter than yours.
quick.... punch 2 flier holes in her target, and call it a day.

Nope.
Her score would have been 43 with 0 X's. She could have done better with the sight adjustment.
Your first target would have been scored as 50 with 2 X's.
Rounds that cut the lines are counted as the next score up.
Your second target would have scored 46 with 0 X's

Yes she did and aren't you proud.
When I started teaching my (future) Wife to shoot I told her,
"If you ever out-shoot me in any kind of shooting contest I will give you the gun you used and I will have a trophy made for you".
I was very proud the day I gave my Wife that trophy and rifle.
I think such as that is one of the best ways to get your lady interested in and staying in shooting.
You know they want to beat you.

I'm not giving her this rifle. It is one of my favorites.
But I am trying to encourage her to buy an m4 style.

She shot a preliminary group and said,"how's that?" I looked through the spotting scope and said "Too much vertical stringing, try to hold steadier."

I used to have to explain to men that had a little ego problem, "Don't get upset when my Wife out shoots you".
One LEO partner said, "No woman is going to out-shoot me".
I said, "I can out-shoot you".
He said, "Well, yeah".
I said, "On a good day my Wife can out-shoot me".
The funny thing was,
my partner brought a girlfriend for me to teach to shoot.
At the end of the day we had a little shooting contest and my partners girlfriend out-shot him.

The 1 group of mine was Hornady, the other 2 groups were Black Hills.
What group sizes are you getting? Tough for me to get less than 7/8" but I'm trying
