First glock! Anyone care to tell me if I got a good deal?
Bought this Glock 19 Gen 3 from my friend for 400$. Its in very good condition and came with a box, 2 mags and a loader.
The gun shoots great!
He told me it was a rare version since the grip is a rough texture. I looked it up and it looks like I have an RTF2 Glock.
Will anyone here confirm this and possibly tell me what its worth if I were to sell it? Thanks! Did I get a good deal?
Thank you
Nathan

I suspect that with very little effort you would be able to sell that for 400 and get your money back and if you were willing to be a bit more patient you could sell it perhaps for even more..

Yes sir. Good deal. It doesn't have the 'gills' that some obsess over but the frame is the coveted RTF!

Horrible. Terrible. Worst deal of the century. I'll kindly take it off your hands for what you paid for it.
You did very well sir. Enjoy it.

Thanks for the quick replies guys! Glad I got a good deal. Any other opinions on what this gun would be worth if i were to sell it at a gun show private party or something.
I probably wont sell it, but its nice to know.
Thanks!

private party you may get 450. Dealer may give you 300 on a good day. Just my opinion based on experience.

You did a very good deal. Most Glock 19 Gen 3 cost about 499 new.

Does the slide and frame serial number match? Just curious as it has the RTF frame with no gills. Awesome buy though! Keep that sucker because you got a good deal and everyone needs a Glock 19
