Important ramen noodle discovery! (Okey, get in here)
Credit: my wife
The recipe:
1. prepare one pack Maruchan "Creamy Chicken" ramen
2. add 1/4 teaspoon curry powder. Stir in.
The result: ten times more delicious. Seriously.

I am fairly certain that about anything added to Ramen noodles makes them taste better. I don't think there is a way to make them taste any worse.

Any curry, preferably Madras.
Ground red pepper
Garlic powder
Hot sauce.
Any one or combination of these.
God knows it already has enough salt in it.
If you're smart you'll never have more than one a week. Check the sodium content.
Unless you want to blow up like a balloon and get HBP.

Yeah. I'm not the type to mod stuff usually. I just leave things stock. This curry powder thing may open up a whole new world to me though. Next thing you know I might even try a ghost rocket connector, or one of those Pearce finger thingies.

I haven't eaten ramen since I was a broke college student. Also, I wouldn't marry a woman who's idea of cooking was adding curry to ramen.

Actually, she's a fine cook, thanks. But she's from Japan, i.e. the world capital of the ramen noodle, so we almost always have some on hand here. We usually have good stuff, like the one in this picture (it's scallop flavor, btw), which compared to the Maruchan junk sold here in the USA is like Kobe beef vs. a McD's hamburger patty. But, we ran out, and I bought some of the cheap stuff. And she was like, if you're gonna eat that crap, at least put some curry powder in it.
