What he left out was the family are really Asian midgets. The old man back flipped across the room, kicked him in the sack and then punched him in the mouth as he doubled over in pain.

Seriously... EnormousDrama lives in South FL. How in the HELL has a gigantic D-bag like him survived in SoFL this long without getting shot????
It's not like it's even that difficult to get yourself shot down there...

You should have hit him back, he assaulted you, and it's your right to do so. At minimum, you should have called the police and filed charges, make his life a living hell. I'm amazed at all the people celebrating your assault, nice to know that the self defense community backs each other up. There is no justification for assaulting someone under these circumstances, it's not like you kicked in the door when one of the women were in the bathroom. They do that stuff in front of you, THEY want you to see it.

You have led a sheltered life if you think he didn't have it coming. There isn't a jury in the world that would convict, given what precipitated the punching. You'd probably be hard-pressed to find a DA who would even file.
