Dan Wesson question, and other 1911 question

I have been looking at some used Dan Wesson 1911's for future purchase. Don't remember the model, but the guy made it sound like is was worth more than some of the others because it is pre CZ. Is this true or not. Also looking at the Kimber TLE, and Springfield Operator. Also considering the Sig Nightmare. But the Dan Wesson is sweet and good price, and it is the satin finish model. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

IMO is personal preference if is a pre CZ but if you are getting a good price I would get it.

Not worth more if Pre-CZ...honestly the CZ Dan Wessons are made better.

IMO pre- CZ is worth less not more. Which model are you looking at? I bet you it is actually worth less than 8 bills no matter which one it is.

Thanks for the reply guys. Going to be close to a year before I can get one anyway. Just figure to spend 800-1000. By the time I can get it I will probably have to get one of the others that I listed above instead. But those are great picks also as far as I am concerned. Thanks.
