Exactly! It's nuts; I've never seen anything like it before. To top it all off, I got sick to my stomach for half the night last night; it was after 4 am when I finally was able to get to sleep. I was supposed to get up at 5:30 and be at work at 7:30 am; that wasn't happening. LT wasn't too happy when I called in, but when you're sick, you're sick.

I have been nursing this cough for more than a month now... going on two. Got over the flu during it but the cough never went away. Not a bad hacking cough, but just that nagging dry cough that keeps sticking around.

I had the flu for five days straight. Fever, chills, aches & then turned to bronchitis and a sinus infection. I've never been that sick for that long in my life.

Sambucol is a new one to me. I have my last antibiotic tomorrow & plan to pick up some kefir to get my gut back on track.

Make the kefir at home. I'm getting ours started back up this week.
I also take elderberry capsules. Fresh garlic or onion added to food is a great help. Sometimes I will chew the garlic itself, but it can get a little challenging if it becomes overly piquant.

No snow here, but the nights have been pretty cold at below 40F sometimes. I leave a can of soda in the car overnight and the next morning, it's as cold as if I left it in the fridge.

We already had snow here once this winter. It lasted about five minutes. Typical Central Texas snowfall.

I have to look into the home made kefir. Always bought a local brand from the health food store. I've also eaten raw garlic before and while I'm a huge garlic fan, that didn't fly so well with anyone else I came in contact with for about a week (especially the Mrs.).

Wow that's.... {insert favorite sarcastic remark here}
We had several weeks ~ 0deg. Left a bottle of water in my Jeep overnight and it was solid in the AM. Ended up killing my battery too.

The cold killed the battery in the wife's van also.

We had a good bit of snow come down yesterday, but luckily, the past few days have been warm enough that none of it stuck. There was a bunch of frost on the ground this morning, though.
