Believe it or not, I've never had to go to court.

When I read stuff like this, or talk to other LE and they tell me about the high speed stuff they get to do I think about jumping ship and going to a municipal or county job.
Then I remember my set Monday to Friday schedule. With all holidays off, and a really great supervisor.....and then I still want to leave. LOL!!!
I kid, I complain a lot here but it's just to vent. I really do enjoy my job. I may try something different when my little one gets older, but for now I'm happy happy happy!

Sounds like a Northern problem. Never had that issue in Texas.

Dude... I have been laid out in bed for a few days... barely got enough energy today to trudge through a few hours of work before calling it quits. I think I did myself more harm than good by fighting through it at work for those hours. Ugh.

you get sick quite often it seems.
Might be the psychological side effects of the burden having an unsent package at home
