LOL!!! OH MAN!!! My sides hurt!!! That is so corny and random.
The secretary asked me what I was laughing at, she looked at me like I was crazy when I read it.

Thanks for the laugh vol!

Yah, the State calls them ASA's. Every state agency has them. Their duties change depending on where they work. They answer the phones, take the supervision fees, and do other clerical work in the probation and parole field offices. Not sure what their extended roles are at HQ in the Capitol.

Rained hard yesterday. Storm, even. Now it's going to be in the high 30's for tonight and tomorrow night. Sucks.

So, I went by Shooter's Supply in Louisville today, just to nose around a bit. If you were buying a gun, and didn't have a CCDW permit (thus allowing that to count as your NICS check, where they didn't have to call you in to do it), they weren't even dealing with you. I mean, I understand the frustration of having to wait, but really? Granted, the place was packed so tight you could barely move, but what if you just turned someone who was going to buy their very first gun ever away from it for good?

The KY clearing agency and the FBI are likely so overwhelmed that they are giving delayed responses to the dealers. Dealers probably want to sell to qualified buyers and not deal with calling back potential buyers and trying to sell them after the fact.

Since the world is ending in two days, can I be a Mod for 10 minutes? There are a few people who need to be banned so threads can be in order prior to the end.

It's okay, the gun stores here have an over 10 day wait thanks to our "cooling off" period.

Guns. We can still get those around here. But, I haven't tried it since I have qualified for my CCL. Private sales are still allowed as well. There are a number of people going after AR 15 type weapons here.

Well, it's well past 0000 Zulu [GMT] on 21 December 2012. The world was supposed to end. Instead, we still have the intellectual zombies from GNG still wandering over playing their what-if fantasies.

The devolution of America continues on.

It would not surprise me if an explanation is forthcoming on Coast to Coast AM.

Sent from my communicator.
