This is California... we have regulations on toy guns. Cannot hold more than 10 plastic bb's or else it's a high capacity assault toy gun, and it cannot be readily concealed, and cannot have an attachment point for a toy bayonet because you might put someone's eye out. Also we have to wait 15 days from date of purchase to pick up. No joke.

How about a cap gun with a silencer?

I always wondered what it is like to have christmas during a felt summer. That would be quite weird for me.

Damn, it's not legal here. I wonder if it could...fall off the back of a truck...somewhere near me.

That can land you in prison here in CA for violations of all sorts of laws, including the one where you scare liberals.

No more than 10 milliliters which is one centiliter or one tenth a of a deciliter. Somebody stop me before I kill myself.

Actually, I think by Xmas day we will have temps in the low 60's during the day.
My uncle just came from Canada. He's wearing short sleeves and he wants to buy a motorcycle right now to ride.
I look at him and say he's crazy, I ain't touching my bike until the spring thaw. He looks at me and says he ain't felt a cold day since he got here.
I'm all bundled up when it drops to 60's and he's fine when it's in the low 50's... perception.

Please tell me you're joking about them regulating how much water you can put in a water gun.

If this summer has another heat wave, I wouldn't be surprised.
If there is something to regulate, you can bet that CA will figure out a way to do it.
There are regulations on certain types of water guns... something about super soakers being a certain color or capacity. I'm not joking, I recall reading something about it a few years back. I'll find out.
Oh, yesterday wasn't so hot... I think it was low 70's and cooled off really quick.
Heck, it was absolutely freezing with the temps being 49F in the morning when I left for work.

I remember something about bleach in super soakers, not sure if that was behind it...

I soon might start to hate you. Went to a Christmas market with my girlfriend today. It was horribly cold, felt like minus ten degrees. Went to my car and it didn't start. The starter engine didn't even try to move. I got pissed and when I decided to call the assistance service the started like nothing had happened. Wtf. I need a new car.

So last night I make the dreaded call out no one likes to make...
Dispatch I've been in a fleet accident, I'm 10-4, no EMS needed, notify supervisor...
Luckily no one was hurt just took a long trip off road and dinged up the front end suspension and didn't hit any other cars or objects.
