Lever guns are the great grandfather of modern assault weapons. Seems a natural progression to me.

Well I'll be damned. You mean that picture of the gun at SHOT wasn't taken this morning? We better not show any other guns that have been previously photographed then, huh?
This wasn't meant to be news Don. The post is a statement, a declaration if you will.

They'll slap rails on and call anything tactical to sell a gun.

In my mind, to truly be "Tacti-cool", something has to either serve no purpose, or be a cheaply made Chinese knock-off for air-soft guns. In my rabid attempts to truly be Tacti-cool, I have ordered one of these for $100.00 It will surely either break or melt the first time I shoot my AR with it mounted, but it is truly tacti-cool.

Wasn't intended to be offensive, sorry if it seemed that way to you. Internet posts often don't convey the attitude of the one posting. Don

It's clearly way more dangerous than any other lever action and should be banned immediately!
Although I would never own one, I gotta admit I kinda like it.

Well at least i can now say the "turn an SKS into an AK" kits and gear are no longer THE silliest thing in the "tacticool" market.

I cant say I like it, but I can say if it is the gun you have and are good with and you have ammo piled high for it why not!! I cant say that I would do it but I can see where some guys are attached to their guns and choose to modify their so called babies. LOL

The sad thing is that someone will buy it and think it's the greatest thing ever.

Ridiculous AR parts are ridiculous—even when on a lever rifle.
That thing really looks not all that more stupid than about half of the overdone M4geries I see on a given weekend.

You modify a paratrooper and I'll spank you so hard you won't sit for a week ya whippersnapper
It is as good as it gets in it's "issue" configuration. the only thing better is one of the originals made to use AK mags
