Drugs are bad...m'kay.

EDIT: On second thought, after watching 2 minutes of his video, I think he might be retarded.

I did that exact thing....into a UPS truck while riding a blue dual-sport. Same accident. Mine was likely worse however as it was witnessed by a group of hot redneck chicks who were fishing on the roadside (my distraction).

Anybody driving or riding near a UPS, USPS or Fedex truck who does not expect them to stop suddenly and in strange unexpected places has no business driving or riding. I'd love to sit on that jury.

I am not a lawyer.

But with as many times as this goober admitted fault in this video I think I could win the case for UPS.

Looks like UPS settled because of a lame technicality. Sounds like since he wasn't delivering on that street the UPS truck was not supposed to be on that street.

I guess because of that, they decided to throw him some cash. Still seems silly though.

Ah well, he doesn't seem too bright and likes to do dumbass stuff on his bike and other stuff. So he probably won't be around much longer.

I can see the business justification for that.

I love how ****ty his reaction time is. xD He's riding his bike, looks up, sees the truck is stopped, but doesn't say anything, or realize what's going on, until he's already nailed the truck, like 2 seconds after he looked up.
