Placed an order ten days ago for some Garand clips and reloading shell holders, and my order still says it's processing. No answer from them to email, and nobody is picking up the phone- goes straight to fax tone.

I have ordered a lot of stuff from them in the past. Never had an issue. They are fairly slow at shipping, but my orders always got to me. They might be getting slammed by pre election hysteria again. In 2008 there shipping times were a couple of weeks IIRC.
I too have ordered from them without issue.
Perhaps the items you ordered were not in stock or are back ordered.

I have placed a few orders from them and never had an issue.
Same here. However, there is a trend for some companies to back order items and not communicate it very well: very annoying and a sure way to not get any more of my business
