Yes, Larry--I've had to wait 4-6 months for my last two blue label purchases: G32 Gen4, G29 Gen4. Both of them were worth the wait.

Can you not just go into a gun store that offers blue labels and use the GSSF there? I've bought plenty of blue label Glocks but I either used my PD or EMS credentials.

When you are not Law enforcement you can only go to the GSSF assigned dealer

Thanks, I wasn't exactly sure how it works. I looked at Glock's list and I didn't see the LGS that I use listed. There were three others for my area but those I hardly step foot in.

No waiting here in Georgia. Walked into Eds Public Safety (LGS), handed them my GSSF coupon, walked out with my new Gen4 23. Price was $425+tax. In and out under 30 minutes. Guess I got lucky. Good Luck

I wish Ed's could still service the whole country like it used to. I bought My 21SF RTF2 from them. Right after that they were told by glock they could only sell in specific areas

Yep, they are good folks and usually have a good selection of New & Used Glocks. Hope you luck out and get your 23!

If you are like me and there is no local GSSF dealer (closest was 40 miles away) I called Glock and they told me to contact the distributor for them in my area. They shipped to my LGS.

Picked up a new 27 2 weeks ago and my Richmond, VA dealer had a blue label 23 on the shelf ($399)
Three weeks ago they told me they were having trouble getting 23's and had not seen one in a month. So I traded a local guy my gen 4 27 for his 23C and went to Richmond to replace the 27.

...ED

When I wanted one, they had quote a few Blue Label Glocks in stock.. but no 19s. So I pit 20% down to hold the next one. 6 months later a 19 came in. I don't think they can sell you any Glock in the store at a Blue Label price.. my Glock's plastic box actually has the information printed on a light blue label.

The local dealer has been keeping tight control on blue label Glocks. You can get regular Glocks but you'll have to wait if you're not police and want a blue label.

Amen! Here in El Paso the Glock distributor told me to expect a one year wait for a G30.

Can't figure out why some dealers like Ed's get ample supply, and others can't get enough stock to sell, never mind the GSSF program guns.

Picked up a 23 Gen4 today. In stock no wait. My dealer won't do special orders on blue labels. I just have to keep checking to see what comes in.

Haven't posted in a while as I've been Glockless for a few years and sorry for bringing up a old thread. I'm a VFF and was interested in a 26 blue label. I called GT distributors and was told there were 100+ people in line to get 26s. Does anyone know what the holdup is in production. I asked him how many they got a month and he said in Nov they got a bunch but in Dec they got 1. How does such a big dealer only get 1 gun that is nothing fancier than adding 1 mag and putting a blue label on the case with a cheaper price?

They can't. I just got a G27 and my only options were Gen 4 with factory night sights. They had plenty of G27s, just few in blue label. I got it for $398 with PD ID.

It might be interesting to know when they ordered the guns they have in stock now.
