Table top exercise

So I we had a table top security exercise the other day at work. All the big players were there, FBI, DHS, US, PD, and some other groups. About the only thing I can tell you about this exercise is that the female FBI agent was HOT. I mean blond, blue eyes and distractingly hot. I wouldn’t hold up to interrogation by her.

But back to the core of this thread. For those of you that prep in groups…..

Do you do table top scenario exercises?
What scenarios have you worked through?
What did you figure out as you worked through the scenarios that can be shared and others outside the group would find interesting?
Did you keep a log of the exercise?

Years back when I was an Asst. Fire chief of a large volunteer fire dept. We had federal emergency drills. These annual drills were for the nuke plant in our coverage area. FEMA, the NRC and other agencies were involved. It always looks good on paper but could have easly fallen apart in actuality. The feds were just going throught the motions and our dept had to make corrective actions the feds should have picked up on.

I've done a bunch of table tops in my career. Active shooters, natural and man made disasters etc. They are a good way to get everybody thinking in the same frame of mind.
