There a full video out there on the web, I was told. It was filmed in Russia. According to someone that saw the full video, nobody was killed.

Them boys got some powerful grenades. The guy that droped it looks as though he knows it will explode about the time it hits the water. I dont understand why the other guy had his arm out streched also. I would recommend both use a pole from now on.

Maybe you are right, I still don't think so but I have been wrong before and will be again. The video I found says Russians and is 28 seconds long. Funny how I found it typing in "stuntmen killed in expendables 2" though.
