the Swiss K31 and the Finnish M39
the K31 because its a joy to shoot with the straight pull bolt and is accurate because they never saw real war and the ammo was non corrosive
the Finnish M39 because it refines the mosin's ergonomics , adds a better barrel , a still uses the 7.62x54r
and prices are starting to rise

I like the M-44.
Theyre cheap, handy (though not so light) and are decently accurate. If you don't like the bayonet you can get a '38 short rifle.

Garand. Aside from Mosins, imports/C&R's are rapidly getting scarce.

C&R?
Pre-64 Winchester Model 70's and
Pre-64 Winchester Model 94's.
I like them used, not new in the box.

Let me know where you find a bullet proof vest, I'd like a couple myself. I'm sure a lot of other folks would like a bullet proof vest as well.

I think having the "grease gun" would be a pretty neat addition to your collection.

I am going to reiterate, with emphasis, what someone else said.
CZ82 they have to be the best value on the market at the moment in handguns.

Ones that I currently own and enjoy with more to come.
M1 Garand (this one is a must).
Yugo SKS 59/66a1
Mosin Nagant 91/30
My newest addition and the only C&R pistol is a 1987 CZ82. This pistol is without question the best pistol in the $200 price range.
