Yes, at least that part of today was good. However, I'll bet it doesn't take long for the politicians to pass a concealed carry law and I'll bet it holds up in the courts even though the "UPDATED" 2nd. says natural right.

So does this mean that anybody and everybody will be allowed to carry concealed in Louisiana if they can legally obtain a firearm?
