Recently bought glock 27 gen4. Put plus one on one mag. Ive had 4 range trips as of today, shot 100 rounds each time federal 180 fmj. I used all three mags each trip. And every range time i had 3 to 4 ftf. The slide gets stuck back and tip of bullet is on feed ramp. Slide lock is not up i just pull the slide back a little and keep truckin. Called glock there sending me a new rsa. But could it be something else? I really dnt belive iam limp wristing. Nvr any problems with my 23 or 19 or 30. Any body experience the same problem ? If you experience failures to feed again you should try to isolate them to a particular magazine. If it happens with the magazine that has the +1 extension and not the others, it may be caused by lack of spring tension or the protrusions of plastic at the front of the feed lips slowing the feeding. If you can isolate it to that magazine I would remove the +1 extension and see if the problem continues. If it happens with all of your magazines, the problem is likely not caused by the magazines.

You might try different ammo. I use American Eagle and Speer Lawman for range ammo and neither have ever caused a problem in my G23 and G27.

yea pretty much. its just what they have at the range . ill ask or bring a diffrent brand next time. but just odd ive owned maybe 10 glocks in my time and nvr ever a prob

The Fed. Champion 180 is a light .40 S&W load. Try some 155 gr. & 165 gr. loads. That'll do it.
