I had plans to buy a HK P30 this summer but ended up getting a 11 foot Achilles with a trolling motor instead. Turned out to be a great investment as my bro in law and I went rock and dungy crabbing all around Washington State this past summer. We did well and ate good.

Crabbing season ended at the end of Sept but I heard some of the local lakes and streams are filled with crawfish. I've never crawfished, nor have i eaten a crawfish before but I love clams, muscles, oysters, shrimp, crab and lobster. I heard they are pretty tasty so we want to give crawfishing a try.

Anybody have some killer crawfishing tips and or recipes?
