im willing to bet it was mostly clean election and people there are stupid enough to elect a tyrant since he gives them handouts for doing nothing. Now was i talking about obobo or chavez?

side not, isnt chavez extremely sick Thought he was constantly in cuba for his cancer?

All that matters is that he was fairly elected at one time.
That tells me that their system is a failure and ours too.
If you don't pay property taxes,then you have no real concearn what happens.

I am sure it was. I read somewhere they only let Venezuela citizens with Ids vote.
