So during the phone call, they asked for my ssn and said the prize would be sent the next day.

Then yesterday, I got a letter from glock saying that I need to give them my ssn on this form and that I should NOT call them to provide it because it will not be accepted via phone. And that two departments need to see this form. Before they send the prize.

I am cornfuzed.

I received the letter today myself. Why would Chris Edwards call and ask for my SSN and tell me my award certificate would be on the way on Friday or Monday (10/5 or 10/8), then send a letter asking for the same information? Is Chris or someone posing as Chris collecting social security numbers? The funniest part of the letter is the line that says "Please send in the required information to collect your winnings in a timely manner". There has been NOTHING timely about anything in this process. I hate to complain about winning something, but this process seems designed to discourage people from collecting winnings.
