G21 in a Crossbreed Supertuck on most days. When concealment isnt really a requirement, the G21 rides in a Safariland ALS. When I need to carry a "little gun" due to concealment concerns, I carry my G19 in a Remora tuckable.

Right now it's a G23 functioning as my concealed carry and my HD gun. I do want to buy another Glock to add to my carry rotation. I am leaning heavily towards the G27. Just haven't decided on which gen to go with.

All depends on what I'm wearing. G17, G19, or G26 generally. Ruger LCP when I can't hardly conceal anything.

Just one, for now. A G17. I am really considering bringing a .45 M1911A1 into service for the VT winters.

Monday through Thursday I carry a Smith 642 due to my work cloths (scrubs). It sets in the car while at work. Gets clipped inside my scrubs as I drive home. Friday through Sunday is a Glock 19. Both actions are similiar:Load and go. No safeties, no fancy levers.

It varies, but currently I carry either a Rohrbaugh R9s or a H&K P2000SK .40 S&W
Usually, I also carry either a Seecamp 380 or a Seecamp 32
During the winter when I wear a coat, I usually have an S&W Model 38 (Airweight Bodyguard) or a Charter Arms Bulldog Pug 44 Special in a coat pocket.
Sometimes I carry a Browning Hi Power that I had fully customized by Bill Laughridge (Cylinder & Slide) or a Hi Power that was fully customized by Jim Hoag (some of the old timers may recognize that name) as my primary handgun.

G26. Always. I think it is wise to find what you like most and stick with it. That way, you will always know what you've got without having to waste a millisecond thinking about.
Muscle memory and habits are useful in high stress situations.
(I do sometimes have other gun(s) in my car, such as a draco and/or a rifle. The laws here let me bring pretty much whatever I want in my car with me, fully loaded)

G30 - most the time
G22 - when I feel like a little more. Sometime take this if going to a match or the range, as it fits the same holster as my IDPA gun (G34). Would prefer to carry this one more, but just doesn't conceal to my liking. However, have a new holster coming which I'm hoping will cure that and maybe phase out the G30
642 / XDS - for deep cover. Hoping to phase the 642 out, in favor of the XDS, but it seems one always needs a J frame in the rotation.
As you can see, my goal is to get to two, one for everyday and one for deep concealment.
ETA: Technically, the G22 is actually a G22C with a factory G22 barrel, fwiw.

"Rotation" implies equal time and equal intervals. I do not use a rotation system. That being said, unless I am in the shower or in bed, I have an SP101 on my person. If leaving the house, in normal street clothes, I normally add another SP101, or an S&W Model 19, or, sometimes, a Les Baer Thunder Ranch Special 1911. Yes, 2+ guns is normal.
If going to work, which is not normal street clothes, the SP101 is concealed, and a P229R DAK .40 rides in he duty rig, openly. A .357 sixgun goes along off-body, as does a Remington 870P. (I own my duty weapons, which is normal for this region.)
I generally like to keep things simple, which means not mixing weapon systems with varying manual safety devices and varying trigger systems. When I was carrying 1911 pistols, it was 1911 24/7. When I carried a DA/SA P220, it was my 24/7 gun for two years. Presently, my carry and duty handguns are all long-stroke DA, excpet, obviously, my 1911. As I get older, and weaker, I have started looking for good geezer guns. I pulled my 1911 out of the safe, and found it recoiled much more gently than my snappy SIG .40, which has been torturing my bad wrist. Another thing I discovered is that I can indeed mix the single-action-only 1911 and long-stroke DA successfully. The distinctive checkering and shape of the 1911 grip instantly tell my hand what it is grasping, and my old 1911 training comes right back to me.
I have had problems, however, in the past, mixing Glocks and SIGs; a session with a Glock could actually cause degraded performance (trigger control) when I would then shoot a SIG DAK. So, I still advocate that folks be very careful about carrying or "rotating" differing
systems.

G22 mandated primary on-duty carry
G27 BUG when on-duty, option when off-duty
S&W 442 2nd BUG when on-duty, used most off-duty, sometimes w/G27
Sig 229 occassional, usually carried in a bag.

I own quite a few handguns that are suitable for carry.
But I only carry three with any degree of regularity. A 9mm, a 380, and in my vehicle a 40 S&W caliber. There is also a ten plus one 45 that sometimes gets carried.
All of them have the same manual of arms. Not necessary to use an external safety to carry safely in condition one, all DAO with no magazine disconnect.
I have a selection of holsters for each and frequently carry two and a spare loaded magazine for each. The pocket carried 380 is virtually always on me (where legal), no matter what else I am carrying.

If I'm not carrying my HK 45, I have my USP 45 Compact.
