I have .45 autos that I use WST powder to reload. I like 4.7 grains behind a 230 grain round nose. I recently got a G37 as well and was wondering if anyone has a decent WST recipe or do I have to buy new powder? I have A LOT of wst! I have read 200 grains is the ideal bullet weight but have not found any WST recipes for 45 GAP online.
(I have searched around this forum and found some great info on reloading GAP but nothing about WST.)
Should be able to base the starting load for a 200gr FMJ somewhat off the 230gr data. Shorter bullet at the same OAL takes up less real estate in the case and allows a tad more powder to be used.
