I don't like their online order systems when it still processes the order even though something is on backorder. They do you tell you later on what you want to do, but that notice should be as the order was placed not a day later.

This is the problem I've had.
Ordered some night sights because the web page indicated they were in stock.
After a month of waiting, I called and they told me they were out of stock and didn't know when they'd be back in stock.
This may seem trivial to some, but here's the catch:
When I got tired of waiting, I decided I could just cancel my order and buy them elsewhere. Well, of course, they charged me to cancel my order.
So, guess what. If they indicate that an item is "in stock" when it is NOT, then they either lock you in for a sale or make money off your canceled order.
And the hispanic lady I spoke with on the phone was 'extremely' rude and, at least 'this' time, it didn't have anything to do with 'my' negative energy that caused her to be this way because I wasn't even angry yet when I made the call -just simply inquiring.
Due to all of this, I concluded that they must have regular problems with unhappy customers.
I've never used them again.
