I picked this Arsenal SLR-107F up today. It was made in February of this year. Came with a test target, with a nice little group. Seems to be well made.
Great choice man! I wanted one of those forever and when it came time to "pull the trigger", they were more expensive at Buds than the new SLR-101s. I broke down and got the milled SLR instead. This is my third Arsenal, they are expensive but you can't beat them.
