[Hour13]

I'll be the first to admit, I used to be firmly against running steel case ammo in ARs. I've had problems in the past, primarily running Wolf through a Bushy I had some time ago.

Never ran worth a damn. Once warmed up, it'd jam at least once per mag.

But recently I've started playing with it again. Found the cheapest of the cheap! "Herter's" made by Tula for Cabela's. About $130 for 500rds in a dry-store box.



I've run this stuff through BCM & RRA midlengths, and two PSA carbines. They all run just fine, and the "beater" PSA with a standard carbine buffer?

Frikin loves this stuff!

I've had really good experieces running steel Barnaul ammo as well. If others don't like it that just keeps demand for it down and leaves more for me

I was about to mention that I liked the paint job on your PSA, then I noticed it was just mud splattering.

I haven't shot much steel cased, just some Silver Bear, but it works fine in my M&P. Obviously someone must be buying it because it's hard to find.

Yup. Headband mount for the POV shots, helmet mount(I think) with the straps wrapped around the end of the handguards, using the light & FSB to stabilize it.

Ya... She actually has a halfass tiger-stripe job buried under all the crud somewhere, lol.
