There's quite a few that are open almost 24/7 in Indy... but being open until 0300 is is quite common in Indy.
I am a little surprised "where" it happened. That's a reasonably quiet area.

I hope no charges are filed against the employee! WA State just recently changed from State controlled liquor stores that closed somewhere between 9PM and 11PM to private sector sales (Costco, grocery stores, etc.). Lots of the larger grocery chains are open 24/7. It'll be interesting to see if these stores become 'targets of opportunity' for the unsavory types of folks.

Maybe they should change the name of the store from "Twenty-first Amendment Liquor" to "2nd Amendment Liquor."

"He (the suspect) wasn't pointing it (the gun) at anyone but he wasn't not pointing it at anyone either. He was just kind of just waving it around," Rogers told RTV6.
He should sue his English teachers.

If the clerk had been an off duty LEO, I'm sure the GNG anti-cop House Band would be out demanding his arrest. After all, waving a gun in the air but not pointing it at anyone is not an immediate threat to anyone, right?

Open carry would have.... never mind..
I'd say waving a gun around, yelling about a robbery... qualifies for deadly force. I don't care if you're an LEO or a CCW holder.
Maybe I've just not been properly brainwashed by GNG yet though..

Agree...."especially" the last 4 years....times are "really tough now"...many folks feel they are owed something and will take the risk.

Is it wrong that I was hoping for a video of the happy ending?

Looks good to me. Part that got me was it was the clerks third day on the job. Heck of a welcome. Bet that store doesn't get robbed for a while.

Please note that what I posted was quote made by another and to which I was referring. I didn't write that. My comment was that he should sue his English teachers because of his failed grammar (a little tongue-in-cheek sarcastic humor).

That man is a gunfighter, he drew against a drawn weapon and pulled it off. He should be instructing at Gunsite. Good job.

"Waving it around" means he was sweeping everyone in a careless manner so more reasons to shoot.
