What is your opinion of the 357 Sig round as a self defense round ? Also, which guns do you recommend in this round that do not have an external safety ?

Actually, it's harder to find a .357 SIG with a manual safety than without. None of the SIGs in this caliber have that feature. All three sizes of Glock, of course, come without a manual safety in .357. Most S&W M&Ps come without the optional manual safety, though I have one on my M&P357C and like it very much. XD .357s from Springfield Armory have only the grip safety. Et cetera.
