Welcome from Luzerne County!
That Crossbreed might not fit nice for a couple days, but will feel like a part of you once the leather forms to your body. I broke mine in a few years ago and haven't looked back.

Ahhh, Luzerne, where 80 intersects 81. I Pass through there on my way from New Jersey to Clearfield Country, where my outdoor range is... OK, its my in-laws' farm, but I do shoot the heck out of it.

Wow, a lot of GT'ers from Bucks County. I'll be in the Trevose area next month for my 50th class reunion at the old Somerton Springs CC.

I'm originally from Bucks, and plan on being back there within the next year. I love the history in the region, and the growing season is about 3-4 weeks longer than up in the Poconos.

I grew up in Sellersville. Right now, we are looking in the area between Coopersburg, Lansdale, and Pottstown, but trying to stay out of the towns. I love peace and quiet, well, unless I'm at the range.

tell ya what, for just nice, the bally barto area is a win. quiet enough, real estate prices are decent, and you aren't too far removed from all the things you need.

That is an area of high interest. We are considering a lot on Fels Rd. The land price is decent, but we don't know if it is worth the cost of building in this depressed market. We are estimating about $100-120k for a modular (not a trailer), septic, and well. That is assuming everything goes well and there are no crazy zoning issues. Plus, there are lots of nice houses down there. Up here, many are coal miner houses.
