Best practice ammo and carry ammo question

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I could not find it on here. I am picking up a G39 this weekend and was curious about ammo. What is the best ammo (quality/price) for practice and the same question for daily carry? Any opinions or suggestions would be very appreciated. Thanks!

I prefer Georgia Arms for practice ammo and Winchester Ranger for carry.

Georgia Arms for practice. 185g.

Federal or Speer for carry.

Federal has 185g and 230g. Speer, IIRC, has 185g and 200g.

Well, that's what I carry. Lots of good choices - and it's a Glock, so it's not like you're gonna have a lot of problems with the ammo.

Google stuff. You can find ammo all over the 'net.

I carry mine stock. Ammo is Federal HST

Speer Gold Dot 200 grain for carry. Georgia Arms for practice.
