I concur, but I mentioned the 5-5 1/2 length so it would have more purpose. For myself, need 5" minimum length to hunt deer in Ohio. The anniversary model had that length. Like my firearms to be multitaskers.

I love my 7.5" SBH .44, but it's huge.

I'm not opposed to any gun. But why do you want a single action wheel gun over your Glock 10mm for a woods gun?

I strapped my buddies 8.75" 629 on and yeah, thats a bit much while slogging through the brush. An inch aint gonna improve much. hahaha

My 8 3/8" 29-2 is far too big for a woods gun, fun as hell to shoot though!
