Best bowl game so far. LSU OC made bad decision throwing three straight times. They coulda ran the clock out if they wanted to.

Ever since the "Choke at Doak" in 1994 I've never written off a game until the clock was out.

Somebody needs to show Les how a clock works.

In his defense, he's trying to be consistent.

Unfortunately, Les is getting good at coaching a team to a loss.

As frustrating as Les can be he's the winningest coach in school history and he has character.
Its a love hate relationship but I'm glad he's our coach.

"Cholly Mac" is the winningest coach for LSU (137 wins). Probably because he played for "The Bear" at Kentucky.

Way to go Clemson. LSU thought you'd roll over and die because they play in the SEC.
Okay, now it's time for what really matters, ACC basketball.
And VCU of course.

LSU better get that offense tuned up for next year. They reminded me of 2012 Auburn.
An inept offense that puts pressure on the defense. The defense looked tired. The spread offense and number of snaps wore them out.
You can be sure that Gus and Kevin and Hugh and Nick watched this.

Congrats to Clemson and Dabo. I thought LSU would mudhole them.
have to agree with the poor play calling at the end. Bama did close to the same thing against ATM. When it's crunch time, go with what got you there.

LOL Hal Hunter batted 1000 (1-0) after LSU got rid of that idiot Notre Dame grad Gerry DiNardo in 1999.
Gerry's brother Larry was my dorm-mate one year. Nice guy. Captain in 1970. Never met Gerry.

I was pulling for them and hoping they would pull it out. Some of the mistakes appeared to be rookie mistakes on offense and defense. There were several defensive plays they were mismatched. It was a frustrating game. The end reminded me of the prevent defense that is utilized in the NFL....it will bite you badly...and it did.

Quick glance shows non-SEC teams performing surprisingly well vs SEC teams. This is just further evidence of what a toll an SEC conference schedule takes on a team.

I do not agree.
The sec is the best conference in football, just not by as large a margin as some believe.
on a side note, who saw that hit and fumble recovery by Clowny? Can't wait to see how he does in the NFL.

Not surprising to this SEC fan. It's the most punishing conference. You don't get away with prancing around is those shiny gold helmets in the SEC.

Haha! I was LMAO at that one! Clowny flat out ran over their QB and
reached up for the ball like it was nothin. What a hell of a game the last 17 seconds!
GO COCKS!!!!!!!!!

Most teams don't play 2 games a year like those in the SEC play. Would love to see ND play an SEC schedule year after year. Doubt those pretty shiny gold helmets wouldn't be so shiny if they did.

Did anyone catch Jadeveon Clowney's big hit on the Michigan player? That dude is a beast. We were so close to getting him to come to Alabama.
