Alas, the OAF Gun Rag done fell off my list of topics
I miss the OAF gun rag  Wanted to reread them an maybe do a couple moar.

Saw a internet bit on a company that does shorter barreled versions of the M1 Garand. look really cool. They also offer .308 conversions and m14 mag converions.

Interesting. And do want. But I have the "tanker" Garands just dont work make mine a 308 with M14 mags please

Believe that is Shuffs parkerizing that does that. I have considered doing that to my 308 tank, getting the mag conversion, that way I could have me a M1a scout kinda thing.
