I have an RRA Tactical Operator 2 and have been offered a trade of a DPMS LR 308B plus I pay $100. I do already have an AR15 and would kind of like an AR 10. I do not know anything about the DPMS except the LR 308B is a plain jane model with 18 inch barrel. I would appreciate any input.

Wouldn't do it. While RRA rifles are respectable, DPMS has a much more hit-and-miss reputation for quality. Plus, 308 ARs are a whole different kettle of fish on parts (different upper and mag standards, namely), and can be much more problematic to upgrade down the road.

I would keep what you have or sell it and purchase a better quality AR10 like the new colt le901 or LMT MWS.
