Anyone ordered from them before? I'm having trouble with them cooperating with me... bottom line is this, placed an order late Jan, and asked for a refund early June because still didn't see ammo and I had bought ammo other places so didn't really need it at the moment, but still haven't seen ammo or refund. I can't get them to respond to email or phone messages. Did they drown in brass???

It's mid-July and you haven't received any correspondence from the company or received your order?

I suggest contacting every state and federal consumer protection agency to report the difficulty you're having.

I spoke with them early June about refund and they said they would send me a check in the mail for refund, but haven't seen it yet and no response since. I'm surprised nobody on here has ordered from them before... thought they were more popular.

I know they were really backed up. Bit off more than they can chew. I am sure they will get it all straightened out, but it's taking them a ton of time and they have struggled with corresponding to many of their customers according to much of what I can gather. I have ordered from them before and their ammo was good.

Yes I think you're right... and Tia came in to take over the office work and then she is gone now I think, so they may not have anybody doing the office work at the moment. I tried calling again, and now they turned off their answering machine/voice mail. It just rings.

If you paid by credit card, file a claim with the credit card co. They will get your money back by crediting your account. If you paid by check, check with your local post office about filing a claim for mail fraud. Or, contact HIS local Sheriff's Office or PD, and ask them to conduct a welfare check by going to the address and requesting he call you.
