I think I watched it only once. No comparison to the British version. I love that dry British humor.

I also do prefer the original one, but the US top gear is definitely worth watching. Its fun because of all the US cars that are rarely or never featured here. I dont really care about the supercars in the US version, thats a british top gear thing, they seem to be more professional when it comes to this.
Just love seeing tanner foust drifting everything and the other two talking funny crap all the time.

summer's over. Getting colder every day.
3°C/37F this morning and rain all day.
I'm off the next 4 days. After almost 5 weeks of non-stop working, I can enjoy life!

Yeah - summer's gone here too. Tomorrow only 95, 92 the next day, then all high 80's. Mornings are in the high 60's/low 70's.
Tomorrow is a range day, then I actually get 3 days off!!!
That hasn't happened in over a month. I'm going to wear an ass-shaped hole on my couch, eat potato chips and get drunk a few times. Quals are the next week - 7 days straight on the range.

That's awesome. Feds are always the coolest. They get the best hair gel, coolest shirts, etc. But I like the local PD work. More actual doing stuff.

I too like to get my hands dirty from time to time, but at the moment studying is definitely my nr.1. If work supports me doing that, I would even spend my working hours cleaning police cars.

not even the best earmuffs and plugs can deaden the screech of 7 year old girls playing dance dance revolution.

Yes, it was a young college co-ed. She was with a few girlfriends but she took a risk and hollered at you but you ignored her and looked away... I was like... speechless.
Then you decided you wanted to hit up on the tall transvestite... I had nothing left to say after that.

oh yes. Couple of hours ago I went all street view in my boredom and visited your house. No cars in front of it, boring.
Took my route from the hotel to your house, nice seeing it again. I miss the burritos and I miss the US soo friggin bad. Two friends of mine are in LA right now, see all the photos on facebook.
Better not to have friends on facebook when they post pictures of things you want.

Haha, at least you didn't see any gangsters hanging out front waiting for me.
Where are your friends staying? Maybe they want a ghetto tour too, haha.

He's saving for his return trip where he will overstay his visa and then apply for asylum to stay.

Been to Germany. Forgot which city though... it was a long time ago and we were on a train coming from Nice, France. Very nice people. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Haven't had much time to stop in lately. Good news is only two more shifts left of FTO!

IM me OC, and I'll send you the address to send me the round-trip tickets and 5-star hotel vouchers. Only two. My kids would ruin the trip.

I dont think that they are this special kind of tourist
...allthough they went to a range already.. thats cool, didnt expect that at all (at least 3 girls firing guns from what I saw on the photos).
You are right about the saving, I do try to get some money saved up for the next trip, but I need a new car, that sucks.
Germany is nice, I have been there so many times, cant remember, but I like the difference to small Austria, all the armed foreign occupiers - US bases , the big harbors in the north (never been there), big Frankfurt airport, all the powerful cars on the Autobahn, and no speed limit.
Also the german character is funny. Usually very straight forward, not at all like we are in Austria.
We are more sat back and relaxed, kind of the eastern block mentality
