Certain YT uploads don't even have the volume slider.
Others have the volume slider: no problem.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Flash and thought I filled-out a form to YT for help.

I would try a restart first. Although that's elementary, so I mean no insult.

windows 7, explorer 7, pc
restarted several times (no problem, I'm an Eagle, too!)

The user might have uploaded copyrighted material and it was flagged, thus no audio and no slider.

Try a different browser and if possible, a different computer. Possibly post the link here as well and we can see if we have the same problem.
