Hello, my name is Tobias and I am an Ak addict..

So I sold my Draco around eight weeks ago, to fund buying a nib 1960 Polish milled. Love it.

I just bought another Draco.

My girl gave me the "You are a moron" look.

My Polish ak is staying wooden but the new draco is going "ninja". I think eventually SBR because everybody is doing it.

Wheeeeee!!!!

That is a fine idea! The fake can has to be pinned or welded? Is yours a C? I originally had a 1968 C. This one is not. Face palm.

They say the first step toward recovery is admitting that you have a problem. For that reason, I am not willing to admit that I have a problem. I've been a "casual" fan of the Kalashnikov platform for about 11 years now. I've owned 7 AK's to date, in both 5.45x39 and 7.62x39. I avoid any hobbies that might take funds away from my ability to support my "casual" interest in AK's, and I am currently awaiting approval of a Form 1 so that I can SBR my Arsenal SLR-107CR.

With all that said... I most certainly AM NOT an addict.

Hehehehehe!

You're not even close man. You need a few more for your addiction to be classified as chronic...

That's a fantastic looking bunch you have there. I said 6, that's all I have currently. That's not including the two Mak90's and two SAR-1's I sold a couple years ago. I guess I'm a "recovering" addict.

It's really not an "addiction".

The 58 is the best of the bunch in your pic.

The AK is nice. But I prefer the Vz 58.

The VZ is indeed an excellent rifle and while not an AK by any stretch of the imagination, it always seems to want to pose with the rest of the family.

I keep telling myself "this is the last one, this is it," but no.

I need more, there's so many different styles, so many options, so many countries of origin.

Arggggh! Must...Save...For...MPi-KMS-72.

I would really like to get some of the bakelite magazines. So nice looking! Ugh...expensive!

After checking out the original Draco sbr configuration, I think, I need to try to get it back to that.

you're not a real addict unless you buy my AKs I have for sale in the classified forms, huh, come on? no? ok.

i was/am an addict. i love the AK platforum. it's so beautiful. why then would i be selling them? i don't have the financial means to add weapons to the collection, so i just trade or sell what I have.

I love the Saiga 12K i have. shotgun in AK platform = serious fun.

You do not qualify as 'addicted' until you hit three digets of AK's and name your first born after MK even if it is a girl.

Uhh... Sure thing Buddy. First, do you have your pictures uploaded on Photobucket? If so, copy their URL and then click on the little yellow box in the "Quick Reply" section below, it's the icon in between the "Insert Link" (world shaped" icon and the "Wrap Quote" icon (looks like the cartoon speech bubble.)

If you're pictures aren't uploaded, send me a PM (personal message) and I'll get you all set up on a photobucket account and get your pictures posted.

Let me know if you have any questions!

Also, great AKs guys. I'm missing mine (got stolen recently) and wanted to check some out. Looking to get another one here soon, but I'm not sure which kind.
