I've always oogled High Noon Holster's products but have never purchased anything since OWB really isn't my style too often and I have IWB holsters that work just fine (Comp-Tac MTAC and Blade-Tech Nano primarily). The only OWB I have is the Glock Sport and Don Hume 721OT.

Bianchi, either CarryLok or PaddleLok. Holds so tight it might actually be easier to conceal than in my MTAC.

You might want to check out: www.holsterama.com
They sell Masters brand holsters for a great price. Their customer service is tops and they fit great. I like their pancake holster for concealed carry. Really rides close to the body with the right belt.

Galco and De 'Santis make really nice leather OWB holsters. Also check out Dillon Leather. These are a nice value on a custom quality leather holster.
Good Luck

Another vote for the Kramer Belt Scabbard, preferably in horsehide.

I have three holsters from http://overlandgunleather.com/
My favorite OWB is the OGL-SBL model. It is similar to an Alessi CQC/S but uses double snaps. I believe this is the lowest riding holster he makes. The quality is excellent and wait time is about 6 to 8 weeks.
