Anybody heard/used Quentin Defense Billet Lowers?

My local gunshop has them for 175 plus tax, I checked them out and they seem very well built.
Anyone use them or have any input on them?

I'm ordering one pretty soon. I have not heard a bad word about them.

I remember that setup from the stickied pic thread. That build was awesome, what made you sell?

Upper to lower fit on mine is good. Yes it does have the tension screw. I just barely have it set to touch the rear lug. A firm push on the take down pin is how I have it set.

I am not 100 percent sure but in the high 90s that they are sun devil lowers with Qd roll mark on them. Sun devil makes just about all the billet lowers for local az guys. I use Arizona armory's as they tend to be cheaper vs other resellers for the same lower just different rollmark.

The easiest way to tell generally speaking is the tension screw that gets rid of the slop between the upper and lower.

You got that backwards there mobilecommand

It's the other way around, Sun Devil does not make them, Quentin Defense does.

One of the finest platforms around is the QD. I am NOT prejudiced because they are an Arizona company...they flat make GOOD stuff.

Here is my QD upper/lower build.

QD billet upper are now and have always been 101% made in house
