Dallas robbery suspect avoids cops by skydiving off crane

Well, he did avoid them for the 2-3 seconds he was in free fall

In my fantasy world, the swat team would of told the moron that he had 30 minutes to climb down, or they were gonna shoot his ass off the crane

A nearly 15-hour standoff appeared to be over early Tuesday morning after a robbery suspect who climbed atop a construction crane on the campus of Southern Methodist University fell 150 feet to the ground, CNN affiliate WFAA TV reported.

How appropriate someone with the user name "The-Fly" would post this story.

Didn't that James Bond film, Quantum of Solace, have a scene where they're fighting on a crane? Maybe that film inspired this BG?

That creates a nightmare if he had a gun. How far is a safe distance? He sure has the high ground.

Saw the video. He only scored a 8.5 by the judges. His form wasn't that great.

He found out that it was not the fall that hurt. It was the bloody impact at the bottom.

The trick to getting a high score on high dives is to not make any splash at the end....

Four of the judges gave him a 9.0, but the Russian judge gave him a 5.5.
