To buy or not to buy.
That is the question. Springfield Armory puts their new pistols in some Hella kool cases that have the double cannon logo on it, they are kinda proud of them however at around 35 bucks. 99% of the time mine sits in the gun safe so I really cant justify getting one, but they have a Hella kool factor though.

$35.00 will last you about 15 minutes worth of shooting. but the case will last you a life time.
I would think that Springfield would supply the case at no noticeable cost to the consumer, seeing as they get free advertising and such.

Most all the cases I've gotten with gun purchases have ended up in the recycle bin. I may keep for a year or two after purchase, but if satisfied with the gun out they go.
I vote...save your cash or put toward another gun.

The gun didn't come with one? Ask if you can get it as a piece of swag, but don't use the word swag! At least if you pay $35 for the case, they might throw in a hat or tshirt. Coffee mug?

Well I just called SA and it would run me 45 bucks with shipping for the case. Me thinks I'm going to pass, that's just too much bank in my opinion
