I'm just so glad you made it out. I know you have a long road to go yet but it makes me realize how insignificant my problems are. Screw it, I just spent what little money I had on a ZT301. You only live once unless you are Lone_Wolfe.

I wanted a Rift but since I got the Contego I see no need. They are too similar and the rift doesn't offer anything that the contego doesn't do better.

It's an awesome knife. Get one if you ever have the opportunity!

I ordered it online without trying it out in person anywhere. I was completely surprised. It exceeded my expectations and felt great in the hand. It has a really good grippy feel to it and the blade is nice and large. I feel it would be a great defense weapon.

FYI, I ordered it from GPknives.com. I got a fantastic price and fast shipping. Would order from them again in a second.

I know, I just really like the look. I compared the two side by side and they're about 95% identical.

I've ordered my last couple of Benchmades from GP, they seem to run about $20 cheaper shipped than anywhere else I've seen.

Gotta post pics when it's done. Sounds cool.

It'll be a while, but I will! If I can actualize my concept, anyway

I carry an 'old timer' folder, have had it since 1986, and it's been a great knife. I heart carbon steel...
