Can U shoot 00 buck out of .410 with full choke?

My mother in law has an H&R single shot with full choke. Can she shoot 00 buck out of it? I know she can shoot bird shot and can't shoot slugs. Just curious.

And yes, I know a single shot is not ideal and that she should get a pump in 20 or 12 ga. But until I get her one, we're looking to use the .410.

thanks in advance.

Chris

Have fun. There's nothing to worry about.

The single shot .410 she has and can shoot is a lot better then the pump gun still sitting on the dealers shelf.
