Factory Unmarked Glock 19 Gen 4 Slide?

Hey guys, I just purchased a Gen 4 Glock 19 through the blue label program at a local shop. They had two sequential serial numbers, I just instinctively grabbed the earlier one... Took it out of the box, and noticed it had no markings on the left side of the gun, and only the serial number stamped on the right side... The other gun was the numerically next serial number, had all the normal stampings.

This is a brand new gun, from the factory. I have not yet called Glock to get info on it, but I will be tomorrow if I can remember. Has anyone ever seen this before? Is it something special or is it a mistake? Either way I've had a few people offer to buy for what I paid, obviously I declined.

Attached is a pic.

Definitely interesting and if I were you I'd leave it as is. Most definitely uncommon and will surely b desirable/valuable to some of the hardcore Glock collectors.
