What to send to ATF

I am going to send my form 1 to the ATF on Monday. I know I need to include a copy of the trust. Do I send the Declaration and the Certification which I recorded with the county or just one of them?

I would recommend to send a copy of all the legal documents.

I ended up sending two copies of the form 1, copy of the compliance form, and a copy of the certification and declaration of trust as well as the check. Hopefully that is everything they want.
