I may be heading towards addiction!

I went to Wal Mart to buy grocery's and I needed to pick up some cheese, and they had some Havarti. Turn up I have never tried that cheese and I asked the Deli lady what it tasted like, and she asked me if I would like a sample, I said yes please that would be nice, thanks. Like I said, I may be heading towards addiction

Havarti is a gateway cheese Okie. Pretty soon you'll be involved in petty crimes to get enough money for a couple ounces of Manchego.

I have never been a cheese head. I eat the standards and have tried a few specialties along the way.

Can someone recommend the 20 must try cheeses?

Okie, it all starts with the free sample to get you hooked. Soon you will be meeting that cheese lady at all times day and night and selling 45 rounds to support you habit.

We need to have a cheese intervention for Okie.

I like the garlic havarti, my dealer is Igourmet.com - all sorts of fun varieties once you embrace the cheesy side of life. They have some exceptional english cheddars as well. The green curry cheddar looks somewhat alarming, but is actually quite a sublime blend of flavors.
