Of course, according to Bloomburg, it's all the fault of "illegal guns from out of state".

It would have been better if no cops were injured at all, but glad no cops were injured seriously.

It was an ESU entry team using a shield. Hence, the leg wounds. Without that shield things would have been much worse.

Too bad you're not King of the World and can just ban all firearms everywhere, Bloomberg.
Feel free to build a 50 foot wall around NYC and secede from the United States and run your own little kingdom without interference from that pesky Constitution. You could totally shut down the press and everything!
