OMBEXPRESS' Untimely Demise??

Hey guys... What happened? I vaguely remember someone talking about an impending lawsuit from Glock.... Was that what killed the site? I ordered some GOOD STUFF from this place!

That's interesting. But I believe that OMB Guns is still in business. OMB Express... was/is a completely different company. Though I recall hearing that both were owned/are owned by two brothers or such.

Looks like the bank(s) pulled OMB Express' credit line. Sorry to see that.

There was a store in my area that was having credit problems too. This store's problems were so bad that the owners didn't for the cash in the bank or on hand to pay the employees. The employees had to take stock for payment. It's not too easy to pay your car payment with an AR-15 or Glock 17.

I stopped doing business with them after buying a case of RA9B (Winchester Ranger 9mm 147gr bonded) only to realize, after receiving it, that it had to have been product that failed to pass quality control. Oh yes, I also had a box on backorder. I forgot about it. Nearly a year later it shipped. I didn't get notification of this shipment until it was on the truck in my area for delivery. I had moved. It was left at my old address. I never was able to get anything from them as a result of that.

Sounds like they got what was coming to them.

Back in the day when OMB Police Supply was in business, about 10 years or so ago, they were great to deal with..
Then they moved to the Strang Line location and things started going down...Before the OMB guns started up, I bought a bunch of factory new G22 mag's for $14.99 and free shipping..They showed up the next day..
The auction for the OMB Express inventory was held by Mayo auctions last weekend...Very interesting as the former owner bid on many of the pistols listed..There were a few new Sig's, but most of the pistols were Gen 2 , G22's...Plus a 10% fee and you had to pick up the pistol at a KCMO location and still do the paperwork...The guns/ammo were at a KCMO location, the 5:11 gear and store stuff at the old store location, along with the store fixtures..So all together there were 3 differnt auctions..
The items went high $...
