Here is another related thread for you to read:
who's converted a .45 korean mag to 10mm
The thread includes ideas and links from others who bought the KRISS Vector MagEx 45ACP extension and adapted it for 10mm use.
The Arredondo +5 extension for the OEM G20 10mm mag is the only option I would rely on for critical, SD/HD duty at this point in time.

I have the Arredondo +5 10mm mags.
They work very well in oith my G20SF and my G29SF
I have the Kriss +17 mag extenders for my G30. They have not been as reliable unfortunately.

KRISS .45acp extensions can be made to work. The how to is on line. I've done it and now have two 33rd 10mm mags.

I don't always carry an extended magazine. But when I do, I prefer Arredondo.

Link?
IMO they should work out of the box. In my experience, they don't.

The link below is the one I'm aware of from a forum at Saiga-12.com in January, 2010.
10mm fans.... Finally a 33 round mag that WORKS!!
I posted that source in the GT thread referenced in Post #3 above. I'd be interested if meangreenlx50 has a different source.

****** can charge whatever they want, they have no intention of actually shipping your product.
I have the Arredondo +5 extensions on four G22 mags. Bought them years ago, before the factory 22 round mags were available. They work really well. They come with a longer, stronger spring to ensure proper function.
ETA: LOL that "bo tac" is naughty language.
